At Extra Mile Home Inspections, we realize the important role of the agent in the inspection process.

• We utilize the most popular inspection form in the country, the Matrix Deluxe. This extensive 16 page report is easy to understand and is given to you and your client at the end of the inspection.
• We realize that your time is important , so we will gladly fax the report to the client’s attorney.
• We can also provide digital pictures of problem areas, printed or emailed, at no additional charge.
• In addition, our radon testers have Supra keys so that with the seller’s permission, they can set up the radon test on their own, saving you a trip!
