1. We are fully licensed by the state of Illinois. We have nearly 20 years experience in the home building, servicing and evaluating fields.
   
   
2. We are committed to our clients. We promise to take our time and give an honest, thorough evaluation of all the major systems and components of the home. We still walk every roof possible, we evaluate free standing appliances, enter all crawl spaces and gladly look at additional items of concern the client might have. We strive to provide a friendly service where you feel free to be involved in the inspection process, to ask questions and expect to be treated with respect and friendliness.
   
   
3. We use the most popular reporting form in the country, the Matrix Deluxe. This report is 16 pages long, covering all the major systems on a home (Exterior, Roof, Foundation, Structure, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and Interior) and 76 individual components of those major systems. In addition, we take digital pictures of any item of concern that is not readily visible to the client. We also provide, at no extra charge, printed copies of those pictures on site so that you can better convey the nature of the defect to others during the negotiating process.
   
   
4. We have the latest in evaluation technology. We use non-invasive moisture meters, fiber optic bore scopes, industrial grade Carbon Monoxide samplers, laser thermometers and other tools, but more importantly we have the experience to know when and how to use those tools. Our experience has given us that sixth sense that helps us find those very difficult to detect conditions that may affect the value of your home.
   
   
5. Competitive pricing. Our prices are very much in line with industry averages. We certainly are not the cheapest, but do you want the cheapest guy around when it comes to evaluating the condition of the largest single purchase you will make? We don’t strive to be known as the cheapest service, but we do want to be considered the best.
